What is the Chilli Pot customer app?
The Chilli Pot app lets you earn loyalty points on qualifying purchases, view promotions, redeem rewards, find branch locations, and receive updates from Chilli Pot restaurants.
How do I earn points?
Points are earned when you dine at participating Chilli Pot branches and your bill is linked to your account (for example by scanning your member QR code at checkout). Bonus points may apply during special promotions.
How do I redeem a reward?
Open Rewards in the app, choose an available reward, and tap redeem. You will receive a redeem code to show staff at the restaurant. Points are deducted when redemption is confirmed.
Why don’t I see some promotions or rewards?
Some offers are limited to specific branches, tiers, or date ranges. Selecting your branch when submitting feedback helps tailor what you see. Offers may also end when stock or campaign limits are reached.
What are membership tiers?
Tiers (such as Bronze, Silver, and Gold) reflect your spending over a rolling evaluation period. Higher tiers may unlock better rewards and exclusive promotions shown on your home screen and in the Rewards section.
How do I update my profile?
Go to Settings → Edit Profile to update your name, photo, birthday, and other details. Keeping your birthday current helps us send birthday offers.
How do I contact Chilli Pot?
Use Settings → Contact Us (Feedback) to send comments, ratings, or questions. You can also call or visit any branch listed under Branches.
Is my data secure?
We use industry-standard security for sign-in and protect your account with OTP verification. Please read our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal information.
How do I delete my account?
Account deletion requests can be submitted using the instructions on our Data Deletion page. Processing may take a few business days.
