These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Chilli Pot mobile application (“Application”) and your relationship with Chilli Pot / Chilli Pot F&B Group (“Company”). By downloading, registering, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Registration & Eligibility
Downloading and registering for the Chilli Pot Application is free of charge.
During registration, users must provide accurate and complete information, including:
- NRC number or passport (if required)
- Date of birth
- Phone number
This information is collected to ensure proper membership verification and benefit recovery in case of account loss or closure.
3. Account Policy
- Each user is allowed to register and use only one account.
- If multiple accounts are detected for the same individual, all related accounts may be suspended or terminated.
- Accounts and accumulated points are non-transferable.
4. Points Earning
- New members receive 3,000 welcome points upon successful registration.
- Members earn 1 point for every 100 Kyats spent on eligible cash payments.
- To earn points, the QR code must be scanned at the cashier before payment is completed.
Failure to scan the QR code before payment will result in no points being awarded.
5. Points Value & Calculation
- 1 point = 1 Kyat
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
Points are calculated based on the total bill amount excluding:
- Government tax
- Service charge
- Item discounts
Points are not awarded on transactions where points are redeemed.
Redeemed points are subject to outlet limits and are valid for up to 180 days.
6. Points Redemption
Points may be redeemed at any participating Chilli Pot branch for:
- Dine-in
- Self pick-up
Points can only be used for reward items or promotions designated by Chilli Pot and may change from time to time.
7. Promotions & Notifications
By using the Application, members agree to receive real-time notifications, including promotions, special offers, and program updates. Notifications can be managed through device settings.
8. Membership Levels
Membership levels are determined based on total spending:
- Big Fan Member
- Silver Member – 5% discount
- Gold Member – 10% discount (highest privilege)
Big Fan Member discounts may not be available at all times.
Membership upgrades occur when total spending reaches 5,000,000 Kyats within 365 days.
If the Application is not used for one (1) year, membership level and benefits may be downgraded.
9. Data & Privacy
Chilli Pot respects your privacy. Personal data is collected and used only for membership management, rewards, notifications, and service improvement. Chilli Pot does not sell or misuse personal data.

10. Service Availability & Liability
- Chilli Pot does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- The Company is not responsible for losses caused by network issues, system maintenance, or third-party failures.
- Rewards, points, and benefits are subject to availability.
11. Changes & Modifications
Chilli Pot reserves the right to modify features, benefits, and rules, and to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
12. Account Suspension & Termination
Chilli Pot reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms is detected.
13. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials within the Application are the exclusive property of Chilli Pot. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or use is strictly prohibited.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Myanmar.
