This page explains how authorized Chilli Pot staff can request deletion of personal data associated with the CP Admin app on Google Play.
CP Admin is for authorized employees only. See our Privacy Policy for general information.
1. Who can use this process
Current or former Chilli Pot staff who have (or had) a CP Admin login account issued by your organization.
2. How to request deletion
- Email zyar27@gmail.com from your work email (the same address you use to log in to CP Admin, if possible).
- Subject line: CP Admin — Data deletion request
- Include your full name and CP Admin login email.
- We may contact you to verify your identity before processing.
3. What we delete
- Your staff user account (name, email, login credentials)
- Active login sessions and device session records
- Role and permission assignments for your account
4. What we may keep
- Security and audit logs (e.g. login history) — typically up to 12 months
- Business records required for compliance (e.g. admin actions on points), anonymized where possible
5. Customer data
Deleting your staff account does not delete customer loyalty records. Customers must use the customer app support process for their own data requests.
6. Processing time
We aim to respond within 7 business days and complete eligible deletions within 30 days.
